Ticketing for festivals

Sell multi-day festival tickets with tiered ticket types, camping add-ons, and QR code check-ins, for a flat £50/year with no commission on sales.

No commission at any volume

Percentage-based platforms cost more the more tickets a festival sells. Chobble Tickets charges a flat £50/year or £5/month with no per-ticket platform fees, so the price is the same whether the festival sells 100 tickets or 10,000.

Payments go through Stripe, Square, or SumUp directly to the organiser's own account. Chobble Tickets never holds the money.

For single gigs and tours rather than multi-day festivals, see the music concerts page.

The same setup covers music festivals, folk weekenders, arts festivals, village festivals, camping weekenders and one-day all-dayers.

Passes, tiers, and camping

Daily events support multi-day bookings. A listing can span several days, and the capacity engine checks every day in the range.

Groups create tiered ticket types with shared capacity, such as VIP and general admission tickets that count against one site limit. Promo codes have stock limits, so a discount code can apply to a fixed number of early orders and then stop.

Parent/child listings attach required extras to a booking, such as a camping pitch that must be chosen with a festival pass, and packages sell several items as one bundle.

A weekend festival pass checkout with two passes, one general camping pitch and one quiet camping pitch, totalling £120
Camping is chosen in the same checkout as the pass, and the camping quantities must cover the number of passes before the order can continue.

Features for festivals

  • QR code gate entry

Gate staff scan tickets with the built-in phone scanner, which flags duplicate scans. Attendees can save tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

  • Overbooking prevention

Capacity is checked when each payment is confirmed. If two people race for the last ticket, the second is refunded automatically.

  • Packages

Bundle a festival pass, camping, and parking into one purchase with a single checkout.
