Choose how to run Chobble Tickets

Every option uses the complete open source product. There are no paid feature tiers.

  • Annual hosting, £50

One hosted ticketing site for a year. This costs £10 less than paying monthly for 12 months and includes unlimited events and tickets.

  • Monthly hosting, £5

One hosted ticketing site for a month. Monthly billing can be cancelled without an exit fee.

  • Discounted annual hosting, £25

Charities, community groups, artists and musicians receive 50% off annual hosting. The discount does not apply to monthly billing.

  • Self-hosting, no Chobble licence fee

Chobble charges no licence fee for the AGPL-3.0-only software. You arrange and pay for infrastructure, deployment, updates and support.

  • Host it for others

Technical providers can use the built-in site builder and update channels to run separate sites for organisers they support.

  • Hire Chobble as a consultant

Chobble provides paid technical work for setup, integrations, deployment and changes to the open source software.

Included with managed hosting

One price for the full product

Payment creates a separate site and sends its setup link by email. The site has its own database, encryption key and hosted address.

Managed hosting includes software updates, backup and restore tools, a public booking site, custom domain support, API access, webhooks and all current product features. Chobble does not charge more for team accounts, reports or integrations.

Payment processing costs

Ticket payments go straight to the organiser's own Stripe, Square or SumUp account. Chobble does not hold ticket income or deduct a platform fee.

The selected payment provider charges its normal transaction fee. That fee is separate from Chobble's hosting price and varies by provider, card type and country.

Chobble Tickets uses one currency and one active card payment provider per site. Free events can run without a payment provider.

When flat pricing costs less

A platform with no annual charge can cost less for one small event. A flat annual fee tends to cost less as ticket volume or ticket price rises.

The flat-rate ticketing guide compares subscriptions, feature tiers, volume tiers and per-sale pricing. The worked pricing examples cover events selling 50, 500 and 5,000 tickets, while the platform fee calculator lets organisers enter their own ticket price and annual volume.

Before signing up

These limits are the main reasons an organiser may need another platform.

  • General admission

Chobble Tickets sets capacity by listing, group or date. It does not provide reserved seats on a venue map.

  • One currency per site

The country and currency are chosen during setup. A single site cannot sell in several currencies.

  • No event marketplace

Organisers sell through their own site, embeds and links. Chobble Tickets does not promote events through a discovery marketplace.

  • Written support

Managed hosting includes written support. Chobble Tickets does not offer a telephone support centre.

  • One card provider

Each site uses one active card provider at a time. Organisers can choose Stripe, Square or SumUp.

  • No waiting lists

Chobble Tickets shows when capacity is full but does not maintain a waiting list for cancelled places.
