Set defaults for new listings, copy whole event groups with shifted dates, and change the status of several listings at once.
Site owners can set default booking days, notice periods, logistics settings, webhooks, redirects and public visibility. A new listing can inherit these values instead of repeating the same setup.
Inherited values remain linked to the default. Changing a default updates every listing that still uses it, while a listing with its own value remains unchanged.
A group and its listings can be copied together. The copy tool can replace text in their names and shift the dates by a set number of days.
This supports a new term of classes, another festival day or a repeated programme with the same prices and booking rules. Links between the copied group and its copied listings remain in place.
Selected groups can be activated or deactivated together. This provides one control for opening or closing a collection of related listings.
Individual listings can still be edited, duplicated or given their own inherited settings. The catalogue transfer tool handles copying between separate Chobble Tickets sites.
