Require agreement before booking

Write your terms and conditions in the settings, and every attendee must tick a checkbox to agree before they can complete their booking. This is useful for liability waivers, age restrictions, code of conduct agreements, or any policy you need attendees to acknowledge.

You can also set per-group terms and conditions that override the global ones, so different types of events can have their own specific terms with whatever context you like.

Configurable contact fields

Choose which contact information to collect from attendees. Enable or disable fields for email, phone number, and postal address depending on what you need for your events.

Special instructions

Add a special instructions text field to the booking form so attendees can provide dietary requirements, accessibility needs, or any other information you need to know before the event.
