Admission, stalls, and the raffle in one place

Adult and child admission run as separate listings in a group, sharing one site capacity. A family ticket sells as a package of fixed adult and child places, so each person in it counts against the same limit.

Stallholder pitches sell as their own listings, with custom questions collecting the stall name and what will be sold. Larger pitches can take a deposit at booking with the balance paid later by emailed link.

Raffle entries sell online through purchasable events, with quantity selection and a capacity cap on the number of entries. Allocating raffle numbers and running the draw both happen outside Chobble Tickets.

The same setup covers summer fetes, village shows, agricultural shows, craft fairs, Christmas markets and scout and church fairs.

Volunteers scan tickets with a phone camera at the gate, and cash sales on the day are added as manual attendees, so the visitor count stays complete.

The ledger records advance sales, gate cash, and refunds in one place, with a statement per listing. A committee can hand the treasurer one set of figures that matches every page in the admin area.

Chobble Tickets charges no per-ticket platform fee, so small margins stay with the event. Charities and community groups pay £25/year, and ticket income goes directly to the group's own Stripe, Square, or SumUp account.
