Publish the sessions clients can book

Create one daily listing for each regular start time, such as “Tuesday 18:00 Strength Session”. Set capacity to one for an individual appointment or raise it for a group.

Clients choose a date, answer intake questions and pay without creating an account. Booking windows set the required notice and how far ahead each session can be booked.

Chobble Tickets does not provide an open appointment timetable. Trainers publish each offered service or recurring time as its own listing.

Personal training session checkout with a date, quantity and training goal question
Clients choose an offered session date and provide the information the trainer asks for.

Take payment and keep client records together

Custom questions can collect goals, experience or access needs. Personal answers are encrypted in the database and can be included in operational exports.

A session can be paid in full or booked with a deposit. Once that payment is confirmed, Chobble Tickets creates the reserved booking. The client receives a private link for the remaining balance, while cash and bank transfers can be recorded in the same ledger.

Returning-customer price rules can apply after a set number of earlier bookings. The system does not provide recurring subscriptions, redeemable session credits, automatic reminders or customer rescheduling.
