Recurring sessions with per-session capacity

Daily events run a class on the days you choose, with a separate capacity for each session. Students pick their session from a calendar, and you can block out half term and bank holidays with holiday dates.

Registration deadlines close bookings before each session starts, so you have time to prepare. Custom questions collect details at checkout, such as experience level or allergies, and the answers appear across the admin interface.

Walk-ins can be added as manual attendees from the admin panel. When a new term starts, duplicate events clone last term's setup without re-entering the details.

The same setup covers yoga and pilates classes, language courses, pottery and art classes, dance schools, swimming lessons and adult education terms.

Courses, materials, and class lists

For multi-week courses, parent/child listings can require a materials kit or other extra alongside the course booking, so no one arrives without one. For expensive courses, deposits take part of the fee at booking and send a link to pay the balance later.

Bulk email sends a message to everyone booked on a class, with previews and drafts. News about the class reaches everyone booked; a promotion carries an unsubscribe link and skips anyone who has used one. Attendee lists export as CSV for registers and planning.

Chobble Tickets charges a flat £50/year or £5/month with no per-booking fees, and payments go directly to your own Stripe, Square, or SumUp account. Charities and community groups get a 50% discount on the annual price.
