Ticketing for stay and play sessions

Set up your weekly sessions, choose which days you run, and let parents book online without creating an account.

No per-ticket fees on low-cost sessions

Stay and play sessions typically charge between £1 and £4 a ticket. On other platforms, a per-ticket fee of £1 can double the cost for parents. Chobble Tickets charges a flat annual fee with no per-ticket cut, so every pound parents pay goes straight to the organiser's Stripe or Square account.

For sessions at the lower end of that range the difference is significant. A £1 ticket on another platform can cost a parent £2, and half of what they pay never reaches the organiser.

Chobble Tickets also only collects the contact fields the organiser chooses, so parents do not share their home address and phone number with a third-party platform.

Parents pick a day and book

Chobble Tickets has a daily events feature where organisers set which days of the week they run. Parents see a calendar picker and choose the day that suits them. Each day has its own capacity, and the same overbooking checks apply to each date independently.

Holiday and blackout dates prevent bookings on days the venue is unavailable, such as bank holidays and half term. The admin dashboard includes a calendar view showing bookings per date, so organisers can see at a glance which sessions are full and which have spaces.

When the session starts, scan QR code tickets at the door with a phone. Parents do not need to download an app, and there are no paper lists to manage.

"Most stay and plays are somewhere between £1–£4 a ticket. If you add a ticket fee of £1 to it, then in some cases you're literally double the cost to the user - and if they are happy to pay that, then why should it go to the ticket platform? It's better off in your pocket."
