Sell menus, services and extras together

A listing can represent a buffet, staffed service, menu item or equipment charge. The public order page lets a customer place several listings in one order, while packages sell a fixed bundle with defined quantities and prices.

Custom questions collect guest numbers, dietary requirements, access details and service notes. Radio or select answers can trigger a price change, and optional paid extras can be added through price modifiers.

This setup suits caterers with published services and prices. Chobble Tickets does not manage quotation stages, ingredients, recipes, kitchen production or staff rotas.

Catering checkout with a buffet service, guest requirements and a paid crockery extra
Customers choose a published service, answer the required questions and see the updated order total.

Arrange the work after booking

A booking can collect the customer’s address and use postcode lookup. Administrators can assign delivery, setup, teardown or collection work to a driver, van or crew through the logistics system.

Each agent sees a run sheet with the address, contact details, times entered by staff and a completion control. Logistics records do not optimise routes or calculate delivery-zone prices.

Deposits and balance links keep paid and outstanding amounts with the order. Cash, bank transfers and card-machine payments can be recorded in the ledger.
