Ticketing and payment records for folk music clubs
Take advance admission for regular club nights, add door sales, sell raffle entries and keep income and costs in one ledger. Eligible community groups pay £25 a year for managed hosting.
A repeating listing can cover the regular club night, while a fixed-date listing can cover a guest concert. Admission can have a fixed price, be free or let the buyer choose an amount above a minimum.
The ledger records checkout payments and refunds. A club owner can add cash, card-machine takings, bank transfers, venue costs and performer costs, giving each club night a statement and net balance.
Money date ranges follow the date each transaction was recorded. The calendar and attendee list provide the roster for a selected club night.
Online payments, door income and club-night costs contribute to the same listing statement.
Sell admission and raffle entries
A purchasable listing sells raffle entries without creating a ticket that needs to be checked in. Buyers can choose a quantity, and the public order page can place admission and raffle entries in one order.
Chobble Tickets records the sale but does not choose or record a raffle winner. The draw remains with the club.
On the door, staff can scan ticket QR codes, search by name or add walk-ins. Attendance and payment records can be exported for the treasurer.
