Account for advance sales and money at the door
A repeating listing can cover the regular club night, while a fixed-date listing can cover a guest concert. Admission can have a fixed price, be free or let the buyer choose an amount above a minimum.
The ledger records checkout payments and refunds. A club owner can add cash, card-machine takings, bank transfers, venue costs and performer costs, giving each club night a statement and net balance.
Money date ranges follow the date each transaction was recorded. The calendar and attendee list provide the roster for a selected club night.
The same setup covers folk clubs, singarounds, acoustic sessions, shanty nights, ceilidhs and song circles.
