Departures with small-group limits

Daily events run a tour on the days you choose, with a separate capacity for each date, so a walking tour capped at 15 people stays at 15 on every departure. Guests pick their date from a calendar, and holiday dates block days you are not running.

Chobble Tickets does not provide a single timetable where guests pick any clock time, so each departure time is published as its own listing, such as "11:00 Old Town Tour" and "14:00 Old Town Tour".

Registration deadlines close bookings automatically before each departure, so you know the group size before you set off. A purchase limit caps how many places one person can book.

The same setup covers walking tours, ghost walks, brewery and distillery tours, museum tours, wildlife walks and boat trips.

At the meeting point and when plans change

Custom questions collect what a guide needs to know in advance, such as mobility requirements, language preference, or dietary requirements on a food tour. Answers appear in the attendee list and in CSV exports.

At the meeting point, guides check guests in by phone scan or name search, and walk-ups are added as manual attendees. Booking confirmations are sent by email, and tickets can be saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

If weather cancels a departure, each booking for that date can be refunded from the admin panel, and bulk email sends one message to the tour's booked guests. News about a booking reaches everyone booked, including anyone who has unsubscribed from promotions.
