Equipment hire booking software

Take online bookings for marquees, sound systems, portable toilets, tools, and props. Customers choose their dates, pay a deposit or the full price, and your drivers get a run sheet for deliveries and collections.

Duration pricing and stock control

Each item type is a daily listing with a capacity per date. Set the capacity to the number of units available. For a paid hire, the complete range is rechecked when payment confirmation arrives. A confirmed booking then uses capacity on every occupied date. Chobble Tickets does not assign serialised units.

With multi-day hire, the customer chooses how many days to keep the equipment. You set a total price for each offered duration, such as one day for £50 or three days for £120. The complete date range is checked before payment and again when payment confirmation arrives. The first check does not reserve any equipment.

Deposits take part of the price at booking, with a link for the customer to pay the balance later. Payments go through Stripe, Square, or SumUp directly to your own account, and Chobble Tickets takes no percentage.

Drop-offs, collections, and drivers

The built-in logistics system lets an administrator assign a drop-off agent, a collection agent and optional times to a booking. An agent can be a driver, a van or a crew. Postcode lookup reduces address typing at checkout. Organisers can review the selected address before assigning delivery work.

Drivers get their own agent-class login. They see only their run sheet, with the delivery address and contact details for each job, and they mark each drop-off and collection done as they go. They do not see your finances, settings, or the full attendee records.

When equipment needs maintenance, a servicing event takes it out of availability without creating a customer booking. If you already have a website, the order widget turns links on it into add-to-cart buttons. Customers build their order on your site, then finish checkout on your booking page.
